Not much is known about this set and its probable date of late 1950's is based on the fact it uses a printed circuit board and ferrite aerial. It's design seems to foreshadow the transistor sets that were beginning to appear and, perhaps, the same case was later used for transistor sets.

It may be considered a worthy rival to similar plastic-cased American sets of the time
