Well, Pye were certainly not stingy with the polished chrome! This set has as much of an expanse of the stuff as the later Q4 transistor set albeit in the same old boring suitcase. Another notable feature is the use of the printed circuit board instead of a point-wired chassis. Apart from those two things, there are no other notable design features to this set in either its circuit or casing.
