This rather beat looking Heathkit came to me from the US (via Ebay) as we don't see many of them here in the UK - despite having had our own division of the Daystrom/Heath Corp.

The IM-13 Vacuum Tube Volt Meter is a classic device for performing measurements on live circuits and is an indispensible fault-finding tool.
