This venerable instrument is an American made (and, therefore, 110V) instrument by Leader Electronics - who are still in business. It is a tube driven unit from the early 1950's and came to me from my dear Mexican father-in-law, Seņor Santiago Perales, in Tampico.
It covers the RF range 120KHz to 130MHz in 6 switched ranges - it also has 2 AF outputs at 400Hz and 1KHz. The unit will also receive up to 4v AF input for external modulation (a handy way of transmitting over a few feet to test radios!)
