Built into a lovely wooden box (which, alas, has not survived the Mexican tropical climate very well) this unit is a re-badged Lafayette TL-15 tester. It was given to me by Seņor Santiago Perales, my Mexican father-in-law, and has a bad supply transformer although it still works (after a fashion)
It has a small chart drawer underneath which contains instructions for use (in English) as well as the slide-switch settings for various US pattern tubes.
It's a very simple yes/no tester that, still, is a handy thing to have around.
