A dual-channel, rack mounted unit (as model RM 4D 10B shown here) and also available as 4D10A bench unit.

These are transistorised units from the early 1980's and (proudly) British designed and built by Scopex Instruments of Letchworth. They have a useable range from DC to 10MHz with sensitivity from 10mV/cm to 50V/cm. The sweep speed is over 16 ranges from 1uS/cm to 100Ms/cm - excluding the effect of the x5 magnifier.

All in all, these are nicely built and reliable units.
